Add “Notifications Bottom Bar Tab” 
This code brings back the Notifications tab in the Bottom Bar that Google removed in 2020.

The Notifications 🔔 icon isn’t showing up because I’m not sure what Google used to make it visible on the Notifications Tab so for now it’ll have no icon.

Temporarily revert softprops version (buildapp.yml) 
2.2.0 has changed the way it creates the release and the ipa. I’ll try to fix it in a different branch and merge it once it’s fixed.

Updated Import Settings Button + App Version Spoofer 
App Version Spoofer now supports v19.41.3-19.49.3 versions.

And I apologize for not promising to remove the deprecated versions when I was gonna update the version spoofer. But I had to update it so it’ll catch up with current versions of YouTube.
