Add undetermined audio to list of selections 
Figured this would be a better option and doesn't rely on assumptions of what language the undetermined audio really is. It also does not create a fallback to download audio that wasn't requested.

chapter with ffmpeg 
- Convert chapters to ffmpeg format when using ffmpeg as muxer
- Chapter names no longer have Start or End
- Recap chapters are ignored for now. They were rarely used anyway.

5f034dc348 Add esbuild step to build process 
Seems to run a bit faster, also allows for newer node versions with pkg, and seems to also decrease false-positives. This likely can be used to further improve our build process
