Steps to reproduce

Change „Bevorzugte Sprache" to "Deutscher Sub" and change "Standard-Hoster" to "VOE"

Expected behavior

The episode should automatically be in GerSub.

Actual behavior

It’s in EngSub and you have to manually change it to GerSub.
There are multiple VOE streams (at least for the one episode I was watching):
Englischer Sub - Voe: 720p
Englischer Sub - Voe: 480p
Deutscher Sub - Voe: 720p
Deutscher Sub - Voe: 480p

And I think that’s the reason why it’s not working on VOE properly.
The setting works, when „Standard-Hoster“ is set to either „Streamtape“ or „Doodstream“. As there are only two streams each (one Englischer Sub and one Deutscher Sub).
Couldn’t test Vidoza, as I haven’t found a Vidoza stream yet.

Sry for mixing English and German but it’s how the Setting is called, regardless of the OS or app language

Oh, yeah sorry. I introduced a bug there during my last Aniworld fixes. Its still looking for 'VOE', but i removed the double naming (VOEVoe: 720p), so it is 'Voe' only now. I will fix it in my next Pull Request.

Update:
This also doesn't work if the „Bevorzugte Sprache" is set to "Deutscher Sub", the "Standard-Hoster" is set to say "Streamtape", but the streaming service doesn't exist for this particular episode, mangayomi chooses a different streaming service, good, but in "Englischer Sub".
