Hey Balackburn! Here’s a new update to LowContrastMode!
the code has been overhauled to have some new methods related to text and has better code organization.
but the problem with LowContrastMode is that it is STILL not compatible with YouTube v17.39.4 or newer
I don’t know what to do to make the tweak compatible with modern versions, and I apologize for that. 😥
Also Balackburn do you have any ideas how I can make the tweak function correctly for v17.39.4 up to latest YouTube version? That whole new ui surprisingly ruined the tweak ever since and I’ve been expanding the tweak for the past year.
@arichorn I didn’t checked the tweak, did classes name change with the new UI? Couldn’t you just try to use the new dark mode tweak classes or just edit it to change contrast? Otherwise I don’t really know how to make it work for latest version maybe I'd take an in-depth look later.
There is another method for LowContrastMode but I am not sure about because it changes the icons inside video player which doesn’t look good when playing videos in full screen.

heres the url to this.
@arichorn Thanks will look into it
