[This would be a great addition to make the UI/UX more polished.]

why this, when we on download there is 5 tabs in bottom but since start 4 tabs so that muscle memory is built for 4 tabs, so I toggle on/off frequently as requirement of download.

I like the 4-tab simplicity and batter user friendly.

Requirement - Want to enable Download feature permanently but not like 5 tabs layout. (Its feels too much cluttered)

Fix - 1. Rename the "settings" tab to "You"
2. Add some essential settings and shortcut in it.

I edit to the image with above mentioned changes to visualize the final result-

the option in mentioned in You tab is for representation only final list of options may change as you like.
