When you click a file you have from your debrid catalog in an addon like torrentio, it just tries to load the source screen but no link ever shows.

This is something it is also present inside stremio. Let me know if the play button is still not showing. Let it load for a couple of seconds too.

Could you test this again? In my tests it shows the title on the catalogs and when I open the one it gives me the play button. The metadata is not displayed because it is straight from the debrid service with nothing to go on. This is something it is also present inside stremio. They work fine for me in stremio, the integration for debrid catalogues is not properly done inside Nuvio ause it shouldn't be taking you to the regular providers to search through, it should just be playing that url it providers and go straight to the player. See below:
