Description:

There are two related issues with addons:

After every app update, all installed addons disappear and must be reinstalled manually.
The community addons listed in the app are outdated (e.g., Streaming Catalogs is v1.0.9 in the app, but the latest version is v1.1.1).

Expected Behavior:

Installed addons should persist after app updates.
The app should automatically update addons to their latest versions.
The addon catalog should be kept up-to-date with the latest versions.

Current Behavior:

Addons are lost after app updates.
Addons are not auto-updated.
The in-app addon catalog is outdated.

Steps to Reproduce:

Install an addon (e.g., Streaming Catalogs v1.0.9).
Update the app.
Check if the addon is still installed and if the catalog shows the latest version.

Why This Matters:

Auto-updating addons and preserving installations across updates would improve reliability and user experience.
