i18n(pt-BR): add complete Brazilian Portuguese translation

- Translate strings for pt-BR locale
- Preserve all placeholders (%1\$s, %d), XML entities (&), and structure
- Align terminology with Brazilian streaming standards
- Validate XML well-formed and build success
