fix: resolve Android locale fallback issue for Indonesian

Duplicated values-id strings to values-in to handle legacy Android locale behavior.
This prevents the app from freezing (ANR) and falling back to English when Indonesian is selected on Android devices, while safely preserving values-id for iOS/KMP compatibility.
