kingbri 5a73efa9dc Plugins: Fix crash on iOS 14 ... When installing an action and going back and forth to a different tab, the app crashes on iOS 14. Fix this by refreshing the list without worrying about previous state. This makes Ferrite more efficient in terms of plugin fetching.
